Problem with Reliance GSM SIM

Last sunday i went in reliance Web world there i ask about Reliance GSM SIM. They told me first you have summit documents then we will issue you Card within 3 days. Then i summited documents but still i not receive GSM sim

to capture GSM market Reliance launched Special Reliance GSM Tariff Plans then now they are taking so much for days providing SIM.

Reliance is doing this just to get hold & demand from people. thats it.

ya right it is market policy to raise customer number and to prove Reliance is now NO1 .

I guess the Dealer and Shopkeeper are doing because there is more Demand and they want to do Blackmarketing of this Card.I think Reliance Company should take some action to come at number 1 Place in GSM.Because customer will buy another card if they get same tariff from another Company.

I got SIM from reliance web world yesterday in at the time of booking they told me price Rs. 25 Sim cost + Rs. 20 Top up = Rs.45 but yesterday they took Rs. 75 from me Rs. 50 top up instead of Rs.20

They're just looting people! theres no need of the top-up. and the card costs only Rs.10/- officially, i took it @ 10, i need for my cousin, the shoopker is demanding 25/-. all these people out there are thieves!

I have recharged with 111 yesterday but i found only 1paise talktime. I called on reliance customer care but they are not replied properly, retailer is also not replying. I need to know that what should i do?

Simply visit your nearest Reliance World and ask them about the payback or the balance. Just stuck over there. They will try to call you after 48 hours or so.. but that is just excuse.. Ask them to repay it right there.
