In Mumbai it's available. In idea gallery they are issuing some sim at Rs. 50 in that you will get talk time of Rs. 5

from Few days no. of SMS recieved from IDEA cellular that --Badha rahit sewaon ka labh uthane ke liye Idea point par apna document jama karein aur Rs. 10/- ka free talk time payein.

now my connection has permanentally disconnected.
At the time of SIM purchasing i already submitted the required documents.
what is this..? Now because of this i am facing a lot of problem,and No communication possible.
If it was cumpulsarry to submit the documents, it should be mention.

Hi gupta_heera,

What was the plan that you were using on the IDEA sim card? I have heard that we have to submit new document if our sim is very old according to some government policy or else they will disconnect the connection. I am afraid that this things can be only resolved by giving them each details about the proper documents in their office and confirming the same there or else better get a new connection or services.
