Reliance Broadband not working

Hello

I am using reliance broadband service. there is many problems like when surfing on net it never give me constant speed and while downloading it give some time nice speed and some time 5 to 6 kbps speed some time i get

Are you using Reliance WiMax connection or cable connection ?

I am using Relaince WiMAX connection 300 Kbps plan.

WiMAX is wireless connection in that you can face this problem. But it's a short time problem. If you complaint about this issue in reliance customer care they will check signal in you are and fixed antina in that direction. Then you will not face this problem.
