How to check hathway account

Hello guys i am new to hathway previously i was using sify broadband. there is no login and logout system in hathway. i don't know how to check my account. please help me

If you have limited plan, with hathway. They should have provided you with the password and username.
or
When you fill up a form there should have been an option for password and username, to check you usage status online.

if you don't have user id and password, call hathway helpline and give them your account no,.they will provide you username and password for your account.
