Connectivity problem with WiMAX

In Reliance Wimax i am facing Connectivity problem. when i tried to connect it shows me Limited are connectivity. I called Customer care about that they told me that our engineer will come tomorrow. But yesterday when i surf on net that work nicely no problem and when i tried to connect today i faced this problem any one what is the problem ?

HEy even i have reliance Wimax & same thing is happening with me over my connection.
The biggest problem is the time when you really need net connection it says limited connectivity. Customer care is of no use. Even i am waiting for the engineer from the reliance customer care department.
