Problem with Big TV

I purchased Reliance Big TV in last month in Starting it's work nicely but after that i am not able to see all channels no radio channels i called reliance customer care but no response.

Just call Customer care of Big TV and ask when someone will be able to come round and solve the problem.

Reliance big tv picture and sound quality is good but service is very bad.

I hope they will improve their services or they are bound to loose a lot of
customers.
