BSNL, AP Telecom Circle announced new post paid plan “Plan-995 Platinum” from October 28.

In Plan-995 Platinum all calls in AP BSNL are totally free and STD calls will be charged at Re.0.1 within BSNL network, Besides reducing international roaming charge to Rs.49, it also reduced national roaming charges, said BSNL Visakhaptnam District General Manager.
