Problems with Reliance WiMAX

Hello

I am using reliance WiMax from last two months. I paid the installation cheque Rs. 500. After 1 weak reliance Install WiMAX connection in My home . In irst months it's working smoothly no problems, but after one months evry Saturday and Sunday net not working When i called customer care they ans there is some problem in tower net will start withing 2 hrs. It tooks around 48 hrs to solve problem.

I don't know why they disconnect net only on Saturday and Sunday.

I am also using Relaince WiMAX but i never face this problem. I am using 150 Kbps plan.
