bsnl is leading net provider in india .... bt sorry 2 say no custumer servies persanal as wel as on website ... custumer has rite 2 knw about his usage of net ... bt dere is d sam reply ... no information ... where custumer go 4 help????

Yes all the thing is bsnl is GOV. firm and its like MTNL now the problem is implementation of services is not that upto because some working people is lazy well but we can change lets keep complaining about that i hope soon that information will be available....
