Speed Problem in TataIndicom Wimax

I am using TATA WiMAX connection unlimited 256kbps plan. Till last month the speeds were consitent around the given speed. I can't even watch a youtube video continuously. Are you all getting the speed you signed up for? What could be the problem?

I think there will be Signal problem if it's less than 20 then users face this problem Just call TATA customer Care they will check signal strength.
