IOL BroadBand DNS Issues

1. 1. DNS servers get changed periodically
   2. Call center people do not pick up the phone after 10 pm in night
   3. Call Center people give vague solutions to reformat a comupter if anything does not works
   4. none of the engineers from IOL broadband visited our location to sort the problems
   5. Is this the end of internet ?

I am using IOL BroadBand Internet for last few months everytime they have issues with DNS
I am unable to open website using IOL BroadBand in Mumbai. using unlimited connection costing 4200 rupees per month.

I have to configure there DNS servers in my network icon which get changed evertime. do i have a better solution to IOL BroadBand i stay in Goregoan opposite to inorbit mall

I get this default options from IOL BroadBand but cannot open my hotmail.com acccount
