MTNL is not in list they first have to improve there 2G network . Till then this providers will launch 3G technology.

Hey friends MTNL launched 3G in India.. but don't know about service what are they offering. MTNL launched 3G only in Delhi selected area. It will take time to launched in other part of Delhi and in Mumbai.
