Problem with MTNL connection

Hi friends

I am having problem with MTNL Broadband connection. When i start my MTNL connection it takes (after disconnect & connect the the connection ) 10/15 min to start. After connecting Speed also less than 256 kbps (150 / 200 kbps). I don't know What happen can anyone help me ?

I think you should change your ADSL modem of MTNL. because of that you are facing this problem.
