Printer Installation Fatal Error

Hi

I bought hp photosmart c5380 printer. I put in the installation cd and it got to 94% and then a fatal error pops up and it keeps popping up it will not stop. I do not know how to fix it, I called hp support and talked witj them and they told me it was a microsoft problem. I am not sure that it is a Microsoft problem.

Can anyone help me please ?.

1- download windows install clean up utility from microsoft site
2- install the utility and run
3-from the list un-install only the old problematic WebReg appear in the list
4-now run the software provided from hp

Finially took my computer in to a shop and the guy said the computer does not have enough memory for the printer.

Try This

1) Changing permissions in registry
2) Download new software/drivers
3) Disabling all TSRs.
