Conexant High Definition Audio Problems with HP Pavilion 6110us...........No Sound

Hi,
I am having trouble with the audio devices on my laptop.
There is currently no sound coming out of the system.
When I checked Device Manager, there was a yellow exclamation mark beside all the audio devices and it said Error Code # 39, all audio files are corrupted or missing.
I tried reinstalling my audio devices from HP's website but it was no help.
I even tried to restore my system to an earlier time but was unsuccessful.
Some said that I should use an Audio CD that came with my laptop, but I don't have one and I would apprieciate help from where to get one.
The yellow exclamation mark is beside every audio device in device manager.
I can't think of any other sloution, therefore I would apprieciate help from everywhere.

Have you uninstalled & then reinstalled the drivers for your audio properly?

& can you giv the model no. of your laptop?
