The Sony +R discs I have are also RicohR01.
Masky, those 20 rupee MCC01Rg20 discs are probably fake, so don't commit any important data to them.

^^ lol.. man, why r uhell bent on making me spend lotsa money

wil take ur advice.. will exchange the Nav Texh for Moser Baers..

nice info here...though my burner can burn 8x media at 12x or higher i'm unable to find suitable media for the same. supported media ( taken from http://www.benq-eu.com/serviceandsup...les=449,0,859#) are

techhead bro, i forgot the name and address info where to get 8X verbatim disks in lamington road.....also 70 bucks is on a higher side......what about palmline disks..4x ones are selling for 18bucks in lamington road...and 8x ones at abt 40-45bucks .apollyon where did u get ( address of vendor ) Moser Baer 8X disks for Rs.45 in pune...i can ask my friend in pune to get some for me.......

mask are u sure 100rs in india?
cause they cost like 2.5 - 3$ in the usa.

btw whats the best media within 30rs.
right now using edgetech dvd-r 4x which burns at 12x & some moser baer 4x which burn only at 4x.

edgetech is pretty cheap, not given any probs yet, & is buring faster.
