    sata port damaged

    My HDD's Sata Port is Damaged due to Over-Applied Force in Plugging the Sata Cable .I tried Giving it for Warranty But WD rejected it ! Plzz Some 1 suggest me how 2 Get my HDD Work ! Its a 320 GB Western Digital Hard-Disk ! ( Under-Warranty )

    I think that it can be fixed by an expert. It will need to have a Sata cable soldered directly to the drive itself or have the sata connector block replaced. It can be done by an electrical component repairer and soldering can fix the issue for sure. You will just need to buy a spare Sata data cable.
