Normal cpu temp of Alienware X51

What can be the most common cpu temperature of any pc. I have a Alienware X51 desktop at office. This is connected with a widescreen TV which is used for training purpose. I had seen a few time when this system goes on sleep mode it does not turn on back. I installed hwmonitor in it and found that the temperature is quiet high. It is around 80degree constant. When I play video this rise more.

Alienware X51 is a portable computer. This system has a very less space for air ventilation. I think the cpu fan can be the issue or there is too much dust inside which is blocking the hot air. And that cause the cpu to heat. Here you can only do one thing. Open up the cabinet and just clean it. Use a brush to wipe out the dust from inside. Then test back. If you cannot open it then take help from any technician.

It is good to take the system to Dell service center. If the fan is not working then you can get a replacement there. Charges will based on your warranty period. Most of the time the thermal paste burns out and that cause the cpu to heat more than before. It is not really good for the processors health. You must avoid using your system in that way. To replace the paste you have to remove the stock fan also.
