Seagate hard drive suddently stops spinning for 3-4 seconds and makes weird sound

My system has two Seagate drives and one of them from few days stops spinning for 3-4 seconds and makes weird noise. These goes in a loop once it starts doing that, it doesn’t happen as soon as I start my system but this thing comes up after running my system for an hour or two. I never had this problem before and it started suddenly, does that mean my driver has gone faulty or it is going to be dead soon???

sounds like a impending hdd failure not uncommon though
and what does the sound sound like it might help in the diagnosis
