Help installing hp photosmart e AIO C410a printer

Have attempted to install HP Photosmart e AIO C410a printer in Windows 7 32bit
Keep getting error messages:


Have tried to install from CD and HP website. Software downloads but during installation stops and get error messages: Error Situation Code: 19587278, 18937769, Exit Code=1603

Have also tried to install basic driver. HP eprint works as does Google Cloud Print. Printer on wireless network

You can work around the poroblem that you are facing by installing a basic driver without troubleshooting the error. With the basic driver, the product still prints as usual. However, the product might not have all its extra functionality. For instance, if the product has CD/DVD-printing capability, the product will lose this functionality with a basic driver.
