Can’t use HP laserjet M1213nf MFP, gives error 10.1000 Supply memory

I am receiving constant error messages and not knowing what could be the possible case. Io am currently having Laserjet M1213nf MFP and made installation of recent drivers and was well ok, but after some few days it was with 10.1000 Supply memory error message and this occurs when I power on. I am really frustrated with this one but thank god all functions are working properly. So it seems to be an software issue, which part is affecting due to it. can you explain me further. Please sort it as far as possible . I just came across that the reason why this is occurring because toner is not a hp genuine, and that could be the possible reason. Am I correct.

Alert and warning messages appear and the user should click on the message by pressing OK to resume or by pressing Cancel to cancel the work. With definite warnings, the work might not complete or the print quality might be affected. And you are saying it correct as non HP toner cartridges will generate this type of error . you are with error message 10.1000 supply memory when a specific print cartridge has an e-label error. And simple means to solve this one is reinstall the print cartridge and then turn off and then turn on the product back again. You need to replace the cartridge if the issue is not solved by trying the previous means. You can try with different ways by pulling the orange tab off. You will be having long orange plastic strip that had to be removed from the ink cartridge too. But if you don’t see an orange tab , you need to change the toner.
