Computer Shuts Down

I'm using my work pc, it is running on Windows XP and internet exporer. Whenever I go to youtube or tmz the pc freezes and shuts down by itself. I know for a fact that you tube is allowed to be used here because my co workers use it. What is wrong with my pc and how can I fix it?

Before i suggest you something about this, can you just list you system specification here along with the version of internet explorer you are using, just list this things here so that i can have a better idea of the issue you are having and i will try to help you with it.
