I have been using the Dell optiplex gx620 desktop and today it just not turned on. When I press the power switch, the lights turned on but then it beeps. Even I did not see anything on the monitor. For that reason I get a new processor assuming that it could be faulty and try to fix it myself. But I don’t know how to fix this issue. Does anyone know why this PC is not turning on? What troubleshooting steps should I try?

It seems like the PC is having problem with CMOS battery. You can see this battery on the motherboard. If it is bricked or became faulty then the PC does not turn on.
