I do not know. Personally, I have long been no X-Fi more. Just try it. You will notice much difference probably is not. If everything works out for you as it is for the creative, you have to do so for the time being no "update". So for me everything is going well with the Auzenforte.10 driver. Was just curious if echoing the 3 new drivers are a shade better than the 1.0 AuzenForte. Sound standard is likely to be no difference noted. As far as I know the new Auzentech drivers, based on the new DK Auzen packages just bug fixes and there should be no difference in sound. Are just of few pieces of software new version in the new pack, but that's it. I test the Daniel K SB X-Fi series Support Pack 2.5 (10/25/2011). The other two new packs are so uninteresting for my Xtreme Music… |

Nope, your card is supported by all three packs and the Support Pack 2.5 would be the least interesting, if you are currently using an Auzen pack. The Support Pack is based on original Creative drivers and software. The Auzen on the other hand, packs and software drivers. I would recommend the new UAA pack. The old one was before with one of the best (at that time where I had ne X-Fi). I've read the same degree and have enrolled myself sometimes because I have questions about my Creative SB X-Fi Xtreme Gamer. I've recently put together a new system and wanted to use my "old" sound card. I’ve driver from the Creative site for Windows 7 64bit downloaded and installed. Unfortunately, I had to realize that's no 5.1. The Asus rear two speakers are working and not at the center and subwoofer only works if I plug the RCA (red and white) on the back of my Asus speaker. I assume that the signal now comes from the 2 front speakers. I would like to enjoy good 5.1 sounds in games with EAX and listen to music of course. I've heard that Daniel K. is the best of its kind or should I use PAX drivers. Can I Download and install Daniel K SB X-Fi series Support Pack 2.5, or what can go wrong as above is not a guarantee for damages of any kind, etc.? As well as things like Creative Console Launcher and speaker setup console are in the process? I hope I need not there or OpenAL install Alchemy. Thank you for answers and opinions |

I have X-Fi Xtrememusic PCI 0770 and want to assemble a new small audio computer I was looking for better drivers than those from Creative Labs. The audio-based computer that is only way to play high quality music should consist of a mini-ITX board, digital inputs / outputs have (+SPDIF TOSlink) and a Pico-PSU 160W power supply can be supplied. The 12V input voltage is provided by a sealed lead acid battery to achieve the highest possible signal to noise ratio. Since I myself am over 40 years amplifier designers and developers, I also have a corresponding system at home. With the best drivers for my X-Fi I know myself but not particularly good. My question now is whether the Sound Blaster X-Fi series Support Pack 2.5 by Daniel Kawakami or Auzen pack for my sound card is better. Or there's another recommendation? |

X-Fi is definitely a gaming sound card, because it is simple, still undefeated. The X-Fi Music itself is a really good buy, it supports up to x-ram, everything. X-Ram is, especially the X-Fi sound card to be regarded as a game, with today's processors, but just as outdated. Since then, out of the hardware sound in Vista is over XP, the X-Fi's in terms of performance, simply untenable. However, the components are on this card for your situation is not good enough. as far as the music / home theater market, much better sound card. The Asus Xonar series also brings you much more than the X-Fi cards, simply because the music sounds better adapted. Crystalizer and other sound card with the basic card. DK drivers are generally more stable and more differentiated in the sound, the "buck grease" but they do not, however, lies in the design of the X-Fi. I had the time for me AuzenHD pack installed because it is on MY sound system sounded better than anything else. I have AuzenHD pack paired with my X-Fi Music, then what is the best sound experience from an X-Fi Music was out of it. And I've tried all the drivers. |

I have like this new drivers and software although this kind of disappointment because there is no option to custom installation. I have got the good and spiffy screen with the latest Auzentech drivers for my Forte and through this I can select everything which I want. |
