5.1 or 7.1 speaker is not working in sound panel Tactic 3D Alpha

Hello I have got this headset although I am not able to enable 5.1/7.1 in the windows speaker configuration menu and if I set 5.1/7.1 this switch to no surround in games. So normally output 2.0 so the virtual surround won’t work and surround only working with the 5.1 material and I have found we cannot select 5.1 which used in game seeting. So can anyone suggest on this issue…. Below is screen shot of problem…

I am getting the same issue Sigma and I think 5.1 or 7.1 speaker necessary for modern game and I think this should get solved. Along with this I have found Tactic Control Panel makes my left/right back channels sound similar to center although when I start at first. I have solved this issue by reinstalling the drivers and I have not open the any setting on control panel..

No, most games these days see what configuration you're running in windows. If you can’t setup 5.1 or 7.1 in the game you won’t get surround at all. Pretty much everything else checks what your setting is in the windows speaker configuration menu.
