ST2000DL003 Barracuda Green drive is not detected is bios

My friend had give me this ST2000DL003 Barracuda it was running well till yesterday recently at the morning I had I figured out that the OS stop loading and subsequent to reset drive it was not detected even on the BIOS. In that I was having up to 2TB of data. After that I had searched for a solution for it. It was under a warranty of 3 years and also with 2 years of extended warranty. But now it is not valued as due to the ship cost to Seagate and exchange policy. I had tried flash tools through firmware 32, then also the drive is not detected. Finally I had lost my data. Now what to do to fix this issue or how can I get rid of this problem.

You are extremely right. I do understand this perhaps is not an easy bug to locate other than the least they be able to do is tell us they are giving the impression of being into it and ask us for extra information in sequence regarding the hardware that is in our system, the operating system most of them utilize in my estimation there are too many failures through this drive to say there's no problem at all. They merely told me it's not the similar problem as the 7200.11 firmware predicament.
