How to configure Xbox 360 to see WD MBL Duo?

recently got WD MBL Duo. It was able to see WD live MSP however it is not happening with Xbox 360. Even I cannot do the same when I go through the computer of mine from Xbox dash. Can you tell me how can one make WD MBL Duo available for all the devices in the network?

Looking at the situation you will be able to make the thing working by using DLNA On. If it is turn off then you should turn on it. once you have done you will need to share the MBL Duo to web UI and simply enable media streaming on the desire share. After going through the problem of yours I recommend below mentioned thing which can help you to resolve the issue which you are getting.

• You should disable ReadyDLNA.
• After that turn off NAS and turn it on as well. Once done you should re enable ReadyDLNA.
  
• Still you are not able to resolve then reinstall ReadyDLNA.
  
• While doing above mentioned thing you should enable auto media scan.

Well after going through the problem of yours I am suggesting that you should try to factory reset you drive and see whether it making any difference. Also you can contact the technical support team to get the further help on this particular matter.
