recently I created network share Movies and deleted the same. however delete option failed because of error message. I observed that front LED as well as Ethernet LED were into Green in the color. However I am not able to ping MBLD by any mean. Can you tell me how can I overcome from the above mentioned problem? Thanks a lot in advance.

After going through the problem of yours I think you will be able to resolve the issue after removing the power from the device itself. I noticed that MBLD did not responding because of network traffic and that is the only reason why it was not discovered through the WD application which you have installed on your computer.

Well in this particular situation I wanted to ask you something which will help me out to understand the situation. Does you drive loosing connection when it is online? Or whenever you are supposed to delete share? After reading your query I concluded that once you had deleted share the drive becomes inaccessible for you. if I am right let me know about the same as early as possible.

The MBLD seems to be online when I had not deleted any of the shares. But still I am not able to state into the situation whether problem is getting triggered when removing shares.

From Support you will have a button which supposed to generate the log files. You can provide the log file over here so that I can examine it and conclude the root cause of the problem.
For the time being I recommend that you should enable SSH by simply changing your web browser from http://mybookliveduo/ui/# to http://mybookliveduo/ssh . You should SSH into the Console by making use of terminal emulator such as putty.

Could be possible that you are not able to make the thing working because of technical issue or something. Hence I am suggesting that you should contact the technical support team to resolve the issue.
