The fact that the Vid HD is maximum at the resolution of 1280x720. At the moment. There is a detail information on this on the Vid HD section , well all I can suggest just leave the maximum download and upload speed to their default values of 1536 / 1536.

    Hope this help you

There is a universal rule that the would not modify the advanced settings of any kind as the Vid HD client has made in such way that it is auto tuning and that what assist the optimize the call quality from nonstop

In case the user did any modification on these setting , that may make the video call quality inferior and hence that very concept of the HD fails

So for the bandwidth, normally the 1280 x 720 call at 30 FPS and that do not need to exceed 1536 kbps down or up.

So if you or the person that contact you to to whom you have contacted are getting the any quality problem . the basic solution is to check the quality setting and leave it default and after the call is ended you can go to the defaults and clear the tuning history and see that will definitely help you one quality problem

    I hope this help you

Logitech Vid HD program is designed to combine the webcam owner of the brand under the common banner. It is free and allows you to quickly and conveniently carry out video calls in the format 720. Logitech Vid HD perfectly replace to it . the compression codec of the camera? 1920х1080х30fpsх24bpp= 1,492,992,000 bits / sec And it is compressed to 2Mbit/sec, ie 750 times. How's that?

    Maximum speed video Hi422P, Hi444PP to 1,920 × 1,080 @ 30.1 = 200,000 kbit / c, ie 200 Mbit / s. For a 1,920 × 1,080 @ 120.5 = 960,000 kbit / s That is, not very close, but still. 2) The flow of 1.5 Gbit / s - a stream at the output of roughly the matrix, which is then somehow codec is compressed to 2 Mbit / s. That is, flow of 2 Mbit / s - a stream after the codec H.264 And where is the contradiction? The DVI output 1920x1080 @ 60fps @ 24bpp thread almost 5 Gb / s . I wanted to know what a miracle codec uses Logitech, which will compress the BD-ROM, 750 times before 33MBayt without significant loss of quality and resolution.

Well, for anything its worth, I've establish that if I leave the whole thing set to default it take a minute or further for call quality to be began and for HD to show in the lower right hand corner.

Alternatively, if I set options to begin my calls at 3072, and uncheck allow Vid HD choose, the call starts right away in HD and all is well.

think that the part I'm calling has relatively unlimited bandwidth, as do I. (25/25 mb/s fiber.)
