Is there new Mac Pro with Snow Leopard instead of OS X Lion

I am going to replace Apple G5 with new Mac Pro. I was using the system mainly for editing in FCP (not FCP X). Some projects are still incomplete and need much time to complete them. The problem is all the new Mac Pro now coming only with OS X Lion. I didn’t see any with Snow Leopard (running 10.6.8) yet. Does anyone know any Mac Pro with Snow Leopard rather than OS X Lion so that I can avoid issues with projects?

If you want to buy a new one, then you will not get Snow leopard. All of them now installed with Lion only. But don’t worry, still there might be a few models of Mac pro which might be installed and running with Snow Leopard but I am not sure about that. You need to look into the Apple store for this. However even if you can get one, I can’t tell which version of Snow leopard.

There is an alternative way. Get a new Mac Pro and note down the serial number. Now call the AppleCare and ask for a copy of Snow Leopard DVD which is of version 10.6. if there is one available, they will send you the copy of DVD-R of the System Installer. It will not cost you much.
