HP t5565 Thin Client freezes when typing

I have HP t5565 Thin Client and it is connected with XenApp6. Suddenly my system has started giving me problem. now while typing in my computer keyboard stops responding in this application. I don’t know what is wrong but this problem is frustrating for me. Please tell me how to solve this problem?

Well according to me you should first check whether you are getting this problem while using particular application or this problem occurs with other application also such as Microsoft office? If problem occurs with all the application with then it means there might be something wrong with your thin client and if problem occurs with any particular application then there is problem with application only.

I would like to ask you first about which version of server operating system you have and also let me know it physical or virtual server? First give all this information so that I can provide you proper solution regarding this.

This problem occurred with other Microsoft office also. I have windows server 2008. I have MS office 2010 in my computer. I have also tried to search the solution on the internet but that I didn’t get any solution. If any one has any idea regarding this then let me know.

According to me you have to contact HP support and then have to ask them about the problem which h you are facing in your HP t5565 Thin Client and after that they will give you solution about this and then your problem will get solved.
