You have to follow this steps to clear CMOS in your hp evo d510 e-pc.

    • First you have to Turn off computer
    • Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.
    • Disconnect all the external equipment connected to the computer.
    • After that open computer cover.
    • Now you have to locate and press CMOS button for 5 seconds.

After doing that connect all the thing with your computer again and then your problem will get solved.

You can also reset CMOS with the help of computer setup. To do this you have to start your computer and then access Computer Setup Utilities menu. Now after that you have to go to the File menu and then select set as default option. now after that you have to exit from there.

I will suggest you to try to clear the CMOS in your computer with the help of DIP switch on SW1. You have to first disconnect all the things from your computer and after disconnecting all the things you have to open cabinet and then set 2nd DIP switch to ON. Now after doing that you have to connect all the things again with your computer and after that it will reset the CMOS.

After that you have to turn off the PC again. Now disconnect all the things again and then set the same switch to off again.
