I will try to fix the issue but before that I want to clear out some things:
- Tell me the BIOS Version you currently have on Thin Clients.
- Did you update the HP DM Agent before the PXE Imaging?
- Did you try the _Clone Imaging Task rather than _PXE Imaging?
Make sure to update the agent BEFORE deploying the image otherwise you will see bios error normally. Do not use the PXE imaging if it not supported on t5740e. Always use Clone image and update image task

Yes it is true that PXE isn't supported on t5740e which is based on WES 7. You should try the "Clone Image" Task which you can get under the HP Imaging Tools. It can capture without PXE.
