On reboot HP t5570e Thin Client resets to factory

Recently configured a brand new HP t5570e thin client and I am eager to get help for the following issues:
    • Is it possible to boot this thing directly into an RDP session?
    • The device resets to factory on every reboot, why and how do I prevent it?

There is only single 2008 R2 Std server on my environment.

To solve this issue I have logged in as admin and after that I created RDP connection. The thing is you have to save it under the User's startup folder. After that right click on that green lock icon and “Commit". Reboot the system and everything will be fine.

Yes, I am also thinking about creating an rdp connection and save it inside the startup folder for default user. However if am a standard user, there is no way I am able to startup folder. If I log in into admin and save the connection inside the "all users" startup folder, it shows me access denied. I have to create a local admin user and save the connection inside the startup, it works. But still the system reverts back to factory settings.

If you want to manually set the settings to default, then use F9 to factory. But now I come to know that HP has replaced this thing and they have provided the Setup Wizard with HP Easy Tools. You can find this tool inside the Control Panel. You will get different kind of functionality to customize the settings.
