DirecTV DVR Satellite Receiver HR34 is not in Harmony setup software

I have bought a new DirecTV DVR model HR-34 and the problem with this is that, I am not able to get that in the Harmony setup software while I try to add my device. Can you tell me that why can I configure that properly. Is it require some update that is to be downloaded? Currently, I am having the latest version of the software and the firmware is also updated to the latest one. So I am safe from that side. Please help me if you have some suggestion about this.

You can try to make use of the HR20-700 and check if this functions properly or not. If that is not working then you will require learning the commands because that is very new. Other than this, you should also ensure that HR34 is within the IR mode and not the RF mode.
