Unable to find jumper bay on Quantum Fireball SE

Hello friends, i am not able to locate jumper bay which is there on Quantum Fireball SE, i am searching for it, so that i can set te jumper setting. Does anyone has able to find it then please tell me where it is and also how did you find it. Thank you.
