Excluded Folders ignored by SAS

I am using the free version of the SAS and have noticed something very weird about this. I found that with the new version (5.0.1134) the Excluded Folders getting ignored. I cannot understand that whether this is a bug or this is only going to function with the paid version of this. If you have some idea regarding it then please let me know that. I will be thankful to all the replies.

What you can do is, just uninstall the free version of the SAS and when you are done with that then you can download the fresh mcopy of that and install it with the help of the fresh installer. This can resolve the problem for you.

I would like to tell you that the SAS 5 will skip the excluded folders when you are performing scan with that. So this is not a bug. It is made in this way only. by the way, what does happened exactly that makes you think that SAS is not functioning properly. Can you get the items in the excluded folders.

I think that there is some problem with the settings of the SAS. so what you can do is, just change the settings to the default. I think that restoring the settings to the default will solve the problem.

Just go to the settings and make the changes accordingly so that in will include the excluded folders as well. I think that this is the settings problem.
