If you locate the front panel of this device, you see few ports for connectivity purpose. They are USB 2.0, e-SATA, card reader, and Audio. Hence you can use this port and connect your pc with this temperature sensor using this port. Use the available cables for this connection. This connection is being easy and as per the design of cable and device port, you can easily make this connection. Use such simple process.

You can use mall dab of hot-melt glue to connect sensors to pc components. Put dab on sensor. it will move heat better. Available 3 and 4 wire cable supports the power sockets. It contains red for positive, black for negative, powering the fan. voltage lowering helps for maintain fan speed. power transistor in the panel regulates DC power for this voltage lowering process. These are few things that works to get the temperature of the PC device and regulate the fan speed. You can try with them.
