Sounds and Audio Devices Problem (Creative sb X-Fi Soundcard)

The sounds and audio devices program does not detect my sound card, even
if the soundcard appears in the hardware tab.

The status states: this device is working properly!

Sound Card : (Creative Sb X-Fi Xtreme Music)

i installed all the drivers that was necessary.

I updated the bios.

I checked if the device was enabled.

I uninstalled all of The drivers and reinstalled all of the drivers at least 6 times.

I checked if the windows audio service was stopped.

I checked if the onboard audio was activated in the bios.

After all those steps, there was no improvements to the sound, only to the

programs of Creative.

Can i have any help here?

You can try by reinstalling the sound card and after that install the software again. If after this also the sound card is not getting detected then you can try by changing the slot and see if that helps you.
