INSYDE BIOS recovery method

Hello friends, I want to run the INSYDE BIOS recovery on my laptop but I am not very confident with the method to do this and so I am posting this over here so that I can have some suggestion from you people. If someone of you have any suggestion for me then please let me know that. I am expecting some quick replies on this.

If you are having any problem with the BIOS and you wish to recover that then you will have to first contact to the manufacturer and ask them about the same. They will tell you that what is the exact way to do this and just follow their instructions accordingly.
