How to reset password on HUAWEI Quidway Eudemon 500 Firewall

Hi guys I need help on this I really need help on this I would be relly appreciate this I am looking for this for a long time but not able to found any answer on this . is there anyone here can assist me on this , as I am unable to log on into bootrom thanks in advance

Even I am also having the same problem and don’t know what to do apparently there is no answer about the anywhere. I even tried the button on the front to reset but look as if it just boots the device again and even I am not able to get the accesses to the BootRom how can I get the default password or is there any way to reset this please guys I would be really glad to knew this thanks

I am providing you the link of manual from where you can get more details. I found this on web and you can also download and test out. This manual is a kind of command reference for HUAWEI Quidway Eudemon 500. It has huge amount of information on troubleshooting various issues if this firewall. The manual is 5MB in size and has more than 1000 pages of information. So just download this and also keep it for future reference.

This can be done through command reference. I had done this for Cisco through PIX tool. Through command reference you can get the password. The second thing you can do is try to locate the reset button on the firewall. Press it for some time to get the factory settings back. You can then go ahead to reconfigure the same back again. This would be easy. Also the same thing can be done through bootrom.
