Scroll wheel not working of Logitech Performance Mouse MX

I am having Logitech Mouse MX. In today morning I came to know scrolling did not working at all. As I scroll up the page is going down. I tested the situation by using an older mouse and figured no issue with the computer. now tell me if you are having any information on the issue described above. I would like to appreciate you for any positive response. Thanks a lot in advance.

After going through the issue you should uninstall the SetPoint from the computer of yours. make sure that you are restarting the computer after uninstalling SetPoint.
Also I don’t found any reason to have SetPoint on your system until and unless you are looking to customize the buttons of mouse as well as keyboard.
Second thing, you should plug the mouse to the other computer thus you will be able get the culprit.

On the basis of the above mentioned thing i will tell you about the further steps to resolve the issue.

Also There could be debris lodged inside of the wheel mechanism so you should use compressed air to remove them.

Could be the driver is root cause of the issue??? Make sure that you have installed the latest version of drivers on the system. Still the issue did no resolving then contact the official service center and ask for the help. Your mouse should not have any physical damage otherwise you will need to pay for the same.
