Split it with Winrar (as a self-executable .exe archive) and it will fit in 2 DVDs. or another compression app capable of splitting the output .If you want to transfer the file to a different computer, copy both .rar files into a single folder (one file next to the other) and start the .exe file created by Winrar in order to de-compress it as a single .iso archive.
You need a dual layer single sided DVD or other alternative is Blue Ray, but remember Blue -Ray is not just a name but a format as well so you need a converter, Nero 11 Platinum comes with a converter. Xilisoft also have a few good converters.
Of course you need the hardware as well to burn a dual layer single sided DVD, the also come in double sided, i.e turn over the DVD and burn both sides, you get very little room to label in the last instance?
I don’t think it is possible unless you divide your whole setup into two disks and then put them into one folder on your HDD when you need to install, it might be possible. Of course, this implies the game has no copy protection.
