after playing a game screen blackout or smears

    Hello people,
I'm writing you with a prolem of mine, from a year. Before 7-8 years I have bought a pc, with
    Motherboard: Asus M2N-E
    VGA: GeForce 7600 GS
    CPU: 3200+ Athlon
    HDD: Samsung 250 GB
    RAM: 2GB DDR2 866~~mhz
    Power sup.: 450W Output

Before a year I have changed the CPU and VGA,
    With CPU X2 255 duo core 3.1
    And VGA, Radeon 5670
I have flashed my BIOS because it was am2+ on 5001 in order to get working CPU, and where's the problem appeared. Sometimes when I put a video or play a game, my screen blackout or smears, and there's no option I can do, only restart. I was thinking I should change the power supply so I've done it. With 500W forton, no effect. Someone got a clue what it may be? I've set my fan speed with 20% above, on the VGA hope it help. Thanks in advance also sorry for the poor English.

You told me that the issue happening at the time of playing video games so I don’t think so the issue is associated with PSU.
Tell me which game you are supposed to play on PC? Let me know whether the issue is happening with video games or running software’s as well.
Check and confirm the configuration of the system is meeting the minimum requirement for the video game
you should install the latest version of graphic card drivers and DirectX on the computer. Also check and confirm the configuration of the system is meeting the minimum requirement for the video game.

Well, not only video games, it may happen playing some video formats, more likely 720p and above. All kind of games. The problem is from the VGA, Mother Board or the CPU. I think too it's not from the CPU too. I guess the M2N-E ASUS motherboard and mine VGA are not very suited nice together. Because the motherboard is old. It's just assumption.
