How to disable horizontal scrolling in Magic mouse

Hi friends I am using Apple PowerPC G5 and I am using Magic mouse. I want to disable horizontal scrolling for magic mouse but I don’t know how to do that. If any one have any idea about disabling the horizontal scrolling this then please let me know. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

To disable the horizontal scrolling you have to open the first open the command line window and after opening the command line window you have to enter command which is given below.

Defaults write com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.mouse MouseHorizontalScroll -bool NO

After entering that command you have to hit return. After that you have to open the system preferences and then you have go to the mouse option and then also make sure that other settings are ok and related to the mouse.

After that reconnect the mouse with your system and then check whether your problem get solved or not.

I have read the solution which you have provided and then I have enter the command which you have provide and then I have reconnect the mouse and then my problem get solved. Now all the things are working properly. Thank you for helping me.
