Why OCZ vertex 3 not running in sata 6gb/s mode on ASUS G53SW-A1?

the ocz vertex is not running into sata III mode aka 6gb/s. I am having ASUS G53SW-A1 laptop. I have already tried with regedit fix so that I can disable LPM but there was no change in the situation. I have searched on the Google to get the solution but there was nothing which will be helpful to fix the matter of mine. thanks a lot in advance.

Looking at the situation I am suggesting that you should use any of the below mentioned thing to get the requirement of yours.
Intel 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family 6 Port SATA AHCI Controller - 1C03 or
Standard AHCI 1.0 Serial AHCI Controller.
I wanted to tell you that Intel RST driver is Intel Mobile Express Chipset SATA AHCI Controller.

After going through the post of yours I wanted to tell you that you should use Microsoft's drivers or Intel AHCI drivers so that you will be able to get sata 3 speeds. Also test the speed you should crystaldiskmark. So try the same and let me know whether it was useful to get the requirement of yours.

I recommend following thing which you can try to fix the matter of yours.

1. You should simply change the drivers which is under of the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers in the Device Manager.
2. After that you should run the disk benchmark like CrystalDiskMark and you will be able to see other drivers making use of the SATA 3 where as Intel RST might run between 6gb/s and 3gb/s.
