    Altec Lansing Vs2621 Problem

I bought the Altec Lansing VS2621 like 2 days ago plugged them in and everything was working fine. The wire length just about fits to my plug socket (a bit stretched). I played music everything was working but now the subwoofer isn't working at all, the satellite speakers are working and seem to have gotten louder (might just be me though). The subwoofer isn't working at all but the satellite speakers are... Oh and when I took the plug out I got a bit of a shock as well.
How do I fix this? If not should I just return it?
Thanks and sorry if I repeated myself.

As you bought that newly and if this is showing you issues like this then the best thing you can do is to return that. This is what I can suggest you...
