Scanned Files Disappear after Scanning with HP Solution Center.

I hold the same situation as a significant number of others in that checked documents are not in the end of the line organizer and the drop down screen in Solution Center for "scan to" is spotless so the records run over to no place? I DID run the patch-CPE_SCAN_DESTINATION_UPDATE_hpcom_001_003.exe but it tells me “This upgrade makes a point not to support gadget drivers you have on your PC. You make a point not to require this programming redesign". In what manner would I be able to fix my L7780 AIO printer? Introduced on Windows 7 64bit

I possess an officejet star l7590 and am having the same situation where scanned documents disappear. I update to the last programming (v14) and but no change. The patch said here tries not to fix things. I attempted doing a reversal to the old driver form but am unable to uninstall it following uprooting v14. I likewise attempted the removal device but that appeared to absolutely destroy my laptop and had to do an image restore.

The documents which I have scanned from my HP AIO appear to run. I select Scan to Computer, then PDF, and when a ton of whirring and grinding nothing. But also the purported HP Solution Center is just a black window with no substance! And then the purported User Guide gives no advantageous data. My five-year-old Dell AIO does method preferable.

Here's the means by which to take care of the situation. Actually basically, its Vista where falsehoods the situation. I had the same correct situation. Not even HP upholds might settle the situation (fetching me about $25.00 for backing for my out of warranty HP Officejet Pro). The fix is Windows 7. Uninstall Windows 7 and your situation can be history. For some explanation, the HP upgrades don't fix decently with Windows Vista.

My printer is a HP L7780 AIO and it didn't accommodate my situation. I've attempted each alleged fix and still am not working. It in previous times would work fine and afterward one day unequivocally stopped. You cannot recognize the yield record at whatever place. I won't purchase an additional HP.

To output and recovery a picture record-Open Photoshop, select File, then IMPORT, then picked your printer/scanner from the catalogue of import alternatives, SCAN. Index will be examined into Photoshop. You would be able to now name it and recovery it to wherever you picked. (All the more depending on if you don't have Photoshop, I have a sensation this could go with any design system that has an IMPORT role for accumulating a newfangled document). To sweep a record with OCR-Open HP Solution Center, select examining role, select OCR to WORDPAD method. Filtered report opens up in WordPad mechanically-now you would be able to name and recovery it to wherever you pick. The a few choices above might as well go with any managing framework. Inconceivably following attempting the several alternatives above, I attempted to actually sweep as I had before when I was losing the records, and now they are showing up in the c:\Users\myusername\Pictures\My Scan envelope. I never set up this organizer and I don't know assuming that I could probably update it, but I trust this will help any individual with a Win 7 64 cycle working framework. Since you have alternate working framework, I could affection to know if this works for you.

Here is what I did to take care of the situation. I Went to my companion and asked her All in One printer programming. Put her printer programming CD in my machine and instituted the Presto Page Manager vs.7 from her CD. Now I utilize Presto Page Manager and it works fine with my HP L7780 AIO scanner. Now I could probably output pdf's, jpg, tiff, png, and so on without any situations. I did a snappy inquiry and I think you could probably download Presto Page Manager 6 for free.
