Critical error during Installing HP PSC 1410 All-in- One Printer

I have a few times attempted installing HP PSC 1410 on brand new laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. The predominant time, I actually connected to the USB and Windows 7 can't identify a "basic deskjet printer" driver to utilize. The second time, I downloaded the just ready driver from HP for this printer and OS. I handicapped the Norton antivirus, as notified before installation. The third time, I emulated the recommended fix: uninstall the printer programming, institute windows redesign, and attempt again. I am getting the following error message around the same time of installation
    Code:
    ERROR SITUATION CODE: 09932133
CIssueMapFactory::CreateIssueList() there are no issues for the shield sectionLaunchApp(X:\hpqtra08.exe -shutDown,1,00000000,00000000) failed with 2
    Error opening key
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Hewlett-Packard\Install\{B61ED343-0B14-4241-999C-490CB1A20DA4}, error=2
Timed out waiting for product finish event
    = Application did not return ERROR_SUCCESS. Returned 0x2 ……………..
Why won't this HP PSC 1410 all in one work with my Windows 7 laptop? It works in my 5 year old pc.

I possess the same situation with Windows 7 Ultimate. I downloaded the most recent programming from the HP site. All things appear to establish until you get to connecting to the printer. In reality the programming seems to uninstall it, but Windows educates me that a unit didn't instate successfully, which is the printer. Then once getting to the designing screen, it sets there eternity until it gets the deadly blunder. Windows guarantees no driver is display for the printer. So HP has in a new way put out shabby product that doesn't work.

I possess the same situation with my HP PSC 1410 All-in-One Scanner-Printer-Copier, while installing on the Windows 7 Ultimate. The product takes some chance to fix, it goes thru 4 steps, the 3rd step, "Installing Software" Completes, but the 4th stride "Configuring product" finishes suddenly with the "Fatal Error".

Well, my result center scans accurately, but no driver is appears introduced. When I open MS Word or Adobe Acrobat, & attempt to open print dialog by Ctrl+P, it doesn’t shoe HP PSC 1410 in the printer post. One thing, the printer is OK, following it is working well in my alternate PC with XP Prof SP2 installed. Moreover, it worked well on this PC when I had XP fixed on this PC.

"Fatal error during installation" with no error code, just on itemized error report would I be able to identify that the error code/exit code was 1602. Anyway I might not conquer the situation regardless of that learning. I even attempted establishing the setup as "Administrator" but pointless.

    I finally got the solution:
    • To begin with of all totally uninstall the every last trace of the HP utilities and do a brand new clean fix
    • Right click on the setup and select run as manager. For the preview click here
    • This is on account of the setup needs some managerial permission to alter the keys.
    • Actually take after the step and you'll have the ability to successfully install your driver, with no failure.
