hey even i have exactly problem what you are facing among the same motherboard accept a 2600k, when i acquire it in to observe it twisted out with a single pin on the motherboard wherever the CPU is assemble was a little twisted . as a result which is not allowing my system to turn on . I just tweaked the pin and tried to locate back into the same point , reattached my entire CPU and after all system is working well. What I will advise you is check all the pins if any is one got slightly dislocated .

I think you have combine of RAM may be raise a problem. Try by placing only single RAM module within the ram slot nearby to the CPU. After that perform a CMOS clearing . Then goto the BIOS setting , manually set your RAM to 1333 along with 9.9.9.24 timings. If your selected mem module is not providing the preferred results, try the a different one. The main thing is to acquire it going with stock RAM speeds. If it solves your issues , then you can check for mem modules and also in the 1600 overclocked settings.

try this out take out the second GPU card and recheck it once again. Examine and correct all your power supply. There may be another option that is a little between MB and case. That would involve removing all your MB and testing it with a non-conducting shell.
